Installations & replacements
New LV switchgear for factories, warehouses and commercial sites, or replacement of ageing boards. Installations are planned around shutdowns and kept compliant with current standards.
Maintenance & repair
Preventive maintenance reduces the chance of a board failure taking out a production line or a whole building. We identify issues early and repair before they escalate.
What a service visit involves
We isolate the board in the window you give us, then inspect, clean, carry out torque checks on connections, run IR tests, use thermography to look for hot spots, check protection settings and look for wear and loose parts before the plant comes back on.
What's in the report
You get a written record of the visit: board condition, torque checks, thermography findings, IR test results and any work that still needs doing. Enough for an insurer, an FM client or your own file.
Working around production
We plan board work around shutdowns and night windows. The aim is to get in, do the job and hand the board back without taking a line down in the day.
